Phase 2 — Final Clean
The detail phase. Drywall dust removal from every surface, cabinet interiors, fixtures, appliances, floors, and glass — the clean that makes a home show-ready.
Phase 3 — Touch-Up Clean
Right before walkthrough or closing, we return to remove settled dust, fingerprints, and any mess left by last-minute punch-list work.
