For owners without a Maintenance Plus plan
One-hour minimum
- $125 minimum for urgent same-day service
- $150–$175 minimum for nights, weekends, or holidays
- After-hours begins after 5:00 PM
- Materials billed separately; 15%–25% procurement markup may apply
- Licensed trade work billed at the contractor’s rate
How non-plan minimums work
Labor is billed at $85 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Urgent same-day work starts at $125. Nights, weekends, and holidays start at $150–$175; after-hours begins after 5:00 PM. Materials and any procurement markup are separate, and licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other trade work is subcontracted at the contractor’s rate.
