Comforters, Quilts & Specialty Bedding
Comforters, quilts, duvet inserts, pillows and other bulky bedding are priced separately due to additional washer capacity, drying time and handling.
Oversized toppers, sleeping bags, pet bedding, decorative bedding, shower curtains and other unusual textiles are quoted separately.

Service Standards & Policies
Clear expectations up front — so there are no surprises on your invoice or your turnover day.
Minimum order
20 lbs. for standard drop-off processing unless otherwise agreed. Route-service minimums may vary by account and location.
Turnaround
Generally 24–48 hours, subject to volume, production capacity and textile type. Same-day is not guaranteed unless accepted as a rush order.
Peak season
Turnaround times may be extended during holidays and high-volume Grand Strand periods.
Sorting
Customer-owned linens should arrive identified and separated by company or property when property-specific processing is required. Unsorted multi-property orders may incur a handling charge.
Wet linens
Soaking-wet laundry requires special handling and may incur an additional charge. We never use artificially increased wet weight as the standard dry-laundry billing weight.
Stains
Normal processing does not guarantee stain removal. Additional stain treatment or rewashing is billable when requested or required.
Contamination
We may refuse items affected by mold, severe mildew, pests, hazardous substances, biohazard-type contamination or conditions unsafe for commercial processing.
Linen condition
A2Z is not responsible for normal wear, pre-existing stains or damage, weakened fabric, manufacturer defects, fading, shrinkage or deterioration under normal care instructions.
Inventory
Customers establish their starting linen inventory unless enrolled in a Managed Linen inventory-control program.
Unclaimed laundry
Completed orders not collected within the agreed pickup period may be subject to storage charges.
Payment
Recurring commercial route accounts may be required to keep an approved payment method on file. Approved commercial billing terms may be offered separately. Taxes and governmental fees, when applicable, are additional.
Pricing reviews
Pricing may be reviewed periodically based on labor, utilities, chemicals, fuel, route costs and other operating expenses.
